Hello! Im Amanda Eck from The Woodlands, TX. I have a love for Starbucks, fabric, and thrift-store treasures. My genuine passion however is for Interior Design. Even as a child I was decorating and re-decorating my bedroom. I'll never forget my emerald green wallpapered accent wall and plaid bedding.
To further fuel the passion I took Art and Design classes in college. Then came love-I met my husband and we married in 1999. I had a whole new canvas to play with, our 1st apartment. My sweet husband put up with lots of changing, rearranging, and re-decorating. As our family grew and my responsibilities as a mother and wife increased, the passion for design only strengthened. I started to blog about my ideas in 2008 and shortly afterwards family and friends began to ask for my assistance. With some experience under my belt and encouragement from those I'd helped, I realized it was time to start my own Interior Decorating business. So in 2010 Amanda Carol Interiors was born. I find a real sense of joy and fulfillment helping others achieve their design dreams. Hopefully one day soon I can help you.
